There has been a lot going on this last month not least of which was the issue of our second newsletter in Sprotbrough and the villages which included information about a proposed bio-lagoon .
We issued 5000 newsletters and to those who mucked in and helped us get them out as quick as we did we can say a Great Big Thank you!
We were proud to work alongside the Sprotbrough Action Group who were concerned about the planned creation of the bio-lagoon. They had submitted written evidence of their concerns and their verbal presentation to the DMBC Planning Committee, particularly on road safety, was admirable. The end result being that the Doncaster Council recommendation and granting of permission to build, being quashed.
